For durability, the Cambro 1826DTC615 Camcart® insulated food carrier is constructed of polyethylene. Insulated with foam, this double-cavity unit can maintain cold or hot temperatures for four hours or more. For smooth transportation, operators can control it with the ergonomic handle on the back. To reduce the risk of items falling out, it closes with plastic, rust-resistant latches molded into mounting plates. This unit can hold (24) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans, and its charcoal gray body matches existing equipment. Overall, it measures 21 1⁄2 inches wide by 33 1⁄4 inches deep by 63 3⁄4 inches high.
