The exterior is made from seamless polyethylene that is extremely durable and easy to maintain. Foam insulation made from polyurethane and airtight door gaskets help retain safe temperatures without using external heat sources. Steam is released as needed with the vent cap so food will not become soggy. Stainless steel hinges and plastic latches help prevent accidental openings. Vertical molded-in handles simplify maneuvering at any height. Four 6-inch casters easily roll over a large range of terrains. One caster has a brake so the cart can be locked in place.
