Waring WPO350 Description
To accommodate two 14-inch pizzas, the Waring WPO350 commercial pizza oven has two baking chambers. These decks have 3 1⁄2-inch-tall openings and ceramic pizza stones, which are removable and absorb moisture from the pizza dough to create a crispy crust. Oven lights shine in the decks to increase visibility, ensuring employees can monitor the pizza through the tempered glass doors.
Temperatures in this Waring WPO350 countertop pizza oven are adjustable on the mechanical dials from 280 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can set the 15-minute timers to track the baking process, and when the selected time elapses, an audible signal alerts nearby employees. Measuring 23 inches wide by 18 inches deep, the double deck oven fits on most countertops, and so it can be raised or lowered to suit different applications, its legs are adjustable.
