The Dexter Russell S360-8G-PCP chef's knife has a long, 8-inch blade that can be used to chop potatoes, slice fish, dice produce, and process large sections of meat and poultry. This blade has a straight edge, an ultra-sharp point, and is constructed of durable, stain-free DEXSTEEL™, which supports heavy use and resists rusting. Because the handle is made of Santoprene® and polypropylene, it provides a comfortable, slip-resistant grip. The handle is contoured to fit in the hand and has a built-in, protective finger guard. The material is green, so it can be integrated into existing color-coded prep systems.
