Great for coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, the Crathco SP-1 frozen drink machine can be used for frozen cocktails, frozen coffee, creamy desserts, and other chilled beverages. Product can be added with a ready-to-use base mix or with a dried base and the addition of water or milk. It has a 1.3-gallon bowl, and its transparency shows off the drink to promote impulse buys. Because the bowl is insulated, it does not let cold air escape.

The Crathco SP-1 frozen granita and ice cream dispenser's air-cooled condenser requires ambient temperatures below 90 degrees to function properly, so it cannnot be used in hot environments. Its manual defrost system removes buildup to keep the unit running properly, and for a thorough cleaning, the components that come in contact with the frozen drink are removable without tools.
