Crathco I-PRO 3E Description
The Crathco I-PRO 3E frozen drink machine has a black exterior and three individual bowls with a 2.9-gallon capacity each, providing the operator with the option to display and serve different flavors. Because the bowls are transparent and insulated, product is showcased and cold temperatures are retained. Its lids are lockable to deter unauthorized users from messing with the product, and a safety mechanism will stop operation if the lids are lifted. The electronic controls have a timer, and the unit needs to be defrosted manually. On all sides, 8 inches of clearance is required to prevent overheating, and it is NSF-6 certified to handle dairy products.
