Nemco 7000A-S240 Description
The Nemco 7000A-S240 waffle maker creates crisp, 1⁄2-inch-thick waffles, and in an hour, it makes as many as 40 waffles, making it ideal for busy breakfast restaurants. It preheats in a short 12 minutes and features a 15-minute timer that keeps track of the cook time. When waffles are ready to serve, the unit alerts the kitchen staff, reducing the risk of overcooking. Waffles come off the nonstick-coated cast SilverStone® aluminum grids without sticking, and to minimize messes, the grids are connected by a floating hinge that gives the top room to rise when cooking. This extra room accounts for the increase in volume when the batter rises. Constructed of stainless steel, the unit is built to withstand commercial use and streamline cleaning tasks.
