Capable of making 40 waffles per hour, the Nemco 7000A-S waffle maker is a great choice for a restaurant serving breakfast foods. It preheats in just 12 minutes and is straightforward to use. Operators only need to add the batter, close the top, and start the timer. Throughout the cooking process, the batter will rise, creating ¹⁄₂-inch-thick waffles. The top plate rises with the batter, providing extra room and preventing it from spilling onto the counter. Once done cooking, the timer audibly alerts those nearby to prevent burning. Waffles can be conveniently removed from the nonstick-coated plates and placed onto plates for serving.
