Nemco 7000A-2S Description
Using the Nemco 7000A-2S dual waffle maker, kitchens can turn out 40 round waffles in an hour, and the dual grids are constructed of lightweight SilverStone® aluminum to avoid tiring out staff on busy days. Even as the grids get hot, the coiled handles stay cool, preventing discomfort and burns. The unit's controls are mounted on top, letting users quickly start the timer or check the remaining time. As the waffle bakes, a floating hinge enables the top grid to rise for consistent browning. This design also keeps batter from rushing out of the grids and making a mess. To further ease cleaning, each grid is covered with a nonstick coating, and the exterior is made of scuff-resistant stainless steel.
