Beverage-Air SPE60HC-16C Description
The Beverage-Air SPE60HC-16C Elite Series™ prep table comes with 16 sixth-size, 4-inch pans. Product from the pans is cooled by forced air from the evaporator and can be prepped on the 17-inch-deep cutting board. In the refrigerated base, four epoxy-coated shelves hold additional product, and the liner is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum. Users can easily access the product through the removable doors, which have a self-closing design for cold air retention. Their 120-degree stay-open design provides convenience when users load product into the base section. This Beverage-Air SPE60HC-16C prep table has four 6-inch casters, two of which have brakes to stabilize the unit.
