Cleveland 21CET8 Description
The Cleveland 21CET8 countertop steamer resists corrosion and is durable for constant use thanks to the stainless steel construction. Legs lift the steamer up off the countertop to prevent overheating. A reversible gasket on the door provides an airtight seal to retain steam and hot air. This unit can hold three 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch pans on removable rack slides. Coved corners in the interior are easy to clean since debris cannot get stuck in corners.
The water reservoir can hold 3.5 gallons of water at a time, and an automatic control keeps water at an ideal level. A dry steam is maintained with a cold water condenser behind the drain. A creased top and bottom increase the drainage of condensation. With its standby mode, the steamer can start steaming almost immediately since steaming temperatures are maintained. The Cleveland 21CET8 countertop steamer has a 60-minute timer that makes using the steamer easy.
