Cleveland 21CET8 Description
The Cleveland 21CET8 SteamCraft® Ultra electric countertop steamer has a stainless steel steam generator with a 3 1⁄2-gallon reservoir. It is fully insulated to retain heat, and its exterior port makes the generator easy to clean. An instant steam standby mode keeps the generator at the right temperature so it can start cooking immediately. High-velocity convection steam is produced without fans thanks to the brass steam jets. A dry steam is provided by the cold water condenser.
This unit can hold three 12-inch-by-20-inch-by-2 1⁄2-inch cafeteria pans. Since the interior top and bottom are creased, water drains properly. Coved corners make the interior simple to clean and evenly distribute heat. The door has a two-piece design that keeps the exterior cool to the touch. An airtight seal is provided by the reversible gasket, and a latch on the door keeps it closed during use. The Cleveland 21CET8 SteamCraft Ultra 3 electric steamer is designed to sit on the countertop.
