To fit compact kitchens without sacrificing output, this Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E W/O TempStar® door-type dishwasher measures 28 5⁄8 inches wide by 34 3⁄8 inches deep by 76 3⁄8 inches high. With a field conversion kit (sold separately), it can be installed as a straight-through or corner unit. While its split-door design protects low ceilings from damage, its 20 3⁄4-inch-wide by 27-inch-high opening accommodates large mixing bowls and sheet pans. To endure rigorous use, it's made of rust-, corrosion-, dent-, and warp-resistant stainless steel, and its front dress panel hides key internal components to protect them from damage. For minimal rocking or wobbling during cycles, its bullet feet can be modified on irregular flooring.

Great for facilities with access to 180-degree-Fahrenheit incoming water, the Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E W/O high-hood warewasher doesn't include a booster heater. As washing needs change, staff can select from a normal, medium, heavy, or extra-heavy cycle with the multi-cycle timer. To maximize output, its normal setting can wash a rack in 60 seconds with 0.72 gallons of water, or 60 racks per hour with 43.2 total gallons of water. To simplify new cycles, it fills and starts automatically. Lower counter-rotating wash arms and an upper wash arm optimize spray coverage and cleaning action, while the self-draining stainless steel pump removes wash water. To reduce damage risks, this unit is built with a low-water protection system and a high-limit thermostat.
