For businesses with access to 180-degree-Fahrenheit incoming water, the Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E W/O TempStar® high-hood, door-type dishmachine doesn't include a booster heater. It can wash 60 racks per hour using 0.72 gallons of water per rack—43.20 gallons of water per hour. To account for various soil levels, its multi-cycle timer offers four cycle options: normal (60 seconds), medium (123 seconds), heavy (183 seconds), and extra heavy (303 seconds). Its lower counter-rotating wash arms and an upper wash arm can thoroughly rinse pans, pots, utensils, and dishes. To ease operation, each cycle starts automatically, its tank refills on its own, and its stainless steel pump self-drains wash water. For additional operational oversight, this unit includes a high-limit thermostat, low-water protection, and a delime cycle, and to save energy, the vent fan control turns off when the machine is idle.

The Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E W/O high-temperature warewasher boasts a 20³⁄₄inches wide by 27 inches high opening to accommodate 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans and 60-quart mixing bowls. To fit kitchens with a minimum ceiling height of 88 inches, it measures 28⁵⁄₈ inches wide by 34³⁄₈ inches deep by 76³⁄₈ inches high and features a split door. Its rigid stainless steel construction resists rust and corrosion to preserve its original condition, while its front dress panel protects internal components from damage. By using a field conversion kit (sold separately), this unit can be installed as a straight-through or corner unit depending on space constrictions.
