Jackson DYNASTAR VENTLESS (VER) Description
To minimize rocking and account for bumpy or sloped flooring, the Jackson DYNASTARVER high-temp dishwasher's bullet feet are adjustable. It features a door interlock mechanism that ensures the door remains locked throughout the wash cycle, while its Sani-Sure™ final rinse system ensures rinse temperatures reach the 180 degrees Fahrenheit needed for proper dish sanitization. Suitable for medium-to-high-volume kitchens, it washes 40 racks per hour and features a two-pass energy recovery system. This unit measures 29 1⁄4 inches wide by 34 1⁄2 inches deep by 62 3⁄8 inches high overall.
The Jackson DYNASTARVER commercial dishmachine is a door-type, ventless unit with an 8-gallon wash tank and 1.66-gallon booster tank. The tank fills automatically and features a triple wash arm for effective, thorough washing. This unit is constructed of stainless steel—a sturdy metal that can be wiped clean and resists corrosion and rust. It features three timed cycles as well as a delime cycle, and to conceal inner components for a streamlined look, it's built with front and side dress panels.
