Jackson DYNASTAR VENTLESS (VER) Description
The Jackson DYNASTARVER door-type dishwasher is constructed of stainless steel—a durable, rust-resistant metal that can be wiped clean. To keep up with high-volume kitchens, it can wash as many as 40 racks of dishes per hour and features a built-in booster heater with a Sani-Sure™ rinse system that ensures proper sanitization. Depending on soil level and time requirements, operators can choose between the Econo-rinse and Turbo-rinse options, the former using 0.70 gallons of water per rack and the latter using 0.89 gallons of water per rack. This unit is mounted on bullet feet that can be adjusted on uneven or sloped flooring.
To create a sleek, streamlined look, the Jackson DYNASTARVER commercial dishmachine features front and side dress panels that conceal its inner components. This ventless, door-type model includes an 8-gallon wash tank and 1.66-gallon booster tank, and to promote thorough washing, it's designed with a triple wash arm that optimizes performance. To further ease operation, it features an automatic tank fill, a delime cycle, and a digital LED display. Overall, this unit measures 29 1⁄4 inches wide by 34 1⁄2 inches deep by 62 3⁄8 inches high.
