Jackson DYNASTAR VENTLESS (VER) Description
To withstand rigorous, high-volume use, the Jackson DYNASTARVER high-temp dishwasher is made of stainless steel—a rugged, simple-to-clean metal that resists rust and corrosion. Its interchangeable scrap baskets capture food particles, while its front and side dress panels conceal inner components for a streamlined look. For safety, its door interlock mechanism prevents the door from being opened during the cycle. Overall, this unit measures 29 1⁄4 inches wide by 34 1⁄2 inches deep by 62 3⁄8 inches high.
The Jackson DYNASTARVER commercial dishwasher is a ventless, door-type model with an 8-gallon wash tank and 1.66-gallon booster tank. It sanitizes as many as 40 racks per hour; when set to Econo rinse, it uses 0.70 gallons of water per rack compared to 0.89 gallons per rack with the Turbo setting. To promote thorough sanitization, it features a built-in booster heater with a Sani-Sure™ final rinse system. This unit is equipped with a digital LED display, onboard service diagnostics, and a triple wash arm, and to prevent rocking or wobbling, it's positioned on adjustable bullet feet that maintain stability.
