The Jackson DYNASTAR(40-70) DynaStar® door-type dishmachine includes three timed cycles (58 seconds, 108 seconds, and 238 seconds) and an adjustable rinse system that enhances user control. The Econo-rinse option uses 0.70 gallons of water per rack—43.4 gallons of water per hour—while the Turbo-rinse selection uses 0.89 gallons of water per rack—55.18 gallons of water per hour. When water temperature and pressure meet requirements, its 58-second cycle can wash 62 racks in an hour. To simplify adjustment and management, its solid-state controls feature a digital LED panel that displays operational status, diagnostics, and cycle temperature. The unit's high-temperature sanitization system is built with a booster heater that raises incoming water by 40 or 70 degrees Fahrenheit to maintain a 150-degree-Fahrenheit wash temperature, and its Sani-Sure™ final-rinse system generates a 180-degree-Fahrenheit rinse temperature for proper sanitization.

Great for installation between two dish tables, the Jackson DYNASTAR(40-70) door-type warewasher measures 28³⁄₄ inches wide by 34 inches deep by 62¹⁄₈ inches tall and is positioned on bullet feet that can be adjusted in the case of irregular flooring. Its resilient stainless steel construction withstands daily wear and resists rust and corrosion through extensive use, while its front and side stainless steel dress panels conceal key internal components to reduce damage risk. To accommodate large pots, pans, trays, and bowls, it features a 17¹⁄₂-inch vertical chamber clearance. Once the door is shut, this unit operates automatically. Its triple-wash arm, stainless steel nozzles, and interchangeable upper and lower rinse and wash arms thoroughly clean racks, while its pumped-rinse system maintains consistent pressure of rinse water.
