Built with a booster heater, the Jackson DYNASTAR(40-70) DynaStar® high-temperature dishwasher increases incoming water by 40 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit to reach a 150-degree-Fahrenheit wash temperature and 180-degree-Fahrenheit sanitizing rinse temperature. For flexibility, users can select a 58-second cycle, 108-second cycle, or 238-second cycle and an Econo or Turbo rinse. The 58-second cycle can wash 62 racks per hour with a total of 43.4 gallons of water using the Econo rinse or 55.18 gallons of water using the Turbo rinse. Its solid-state controls feature a digital LED interface that displays operational status, temperatures, and diagnostics, while a high-limit thermostat and low-water protection alert users to damage risks.

For streamlined operation, the Jackson DYNASTAR(40-70) commercial warewasher operates automatically once its door is shut. While its triple-wash arm, stainless steel nozzles, and interchangeable upper and lower rinse/wash arms consistently wash the load, its pumped-rinse system supplies consistent water pressure. This 28 3⁄4-inch-wide by 34-inch-deep by 62 1⁄8-inch-high machine's exceptionally durable stainless steel body resists wear, rust, and corrosion to preserve its original look through frequent use, and its stainless steel front and side dress panels protect internal components from damage. For stability on uneven ground, users can adjust its bullet feet.
