To enhance user control, the Jackson DYNASTAR(40-70) DynaStar® door-type dishmachine features solid-state controls with a digital LED interface that displays operational status, temperatures, and diagnostics. Staff can choose one of three timed cycles—a 58-second cycle, 108-second cycle, and 238-second cycle—and select a rinse setting to account for each load's grime level. While the Econo rinse uses 0.70 gallons of water per rack, the Turbo option uses 0.89 gallons of water per rack. This high-temperature unit's built-in booster raises water temperature from 40 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure 150-degree-Farhenheit water for wash cycles and 180-degree-Fahrenheit water for rinse cycles; its Sani-Sure™ system further maintains this final-rinse temperature. When water meets these requirements, this unit washes 62 washes per hour.

The Jackson DYNASTAR(40-70) commercial dishmachine's triple-wash arm, stainless steel nozzles, and interchangeable upper and lower rinse/wash arms thoroughly clean and wash dishes, while its pumped-rinse system provides a consistent rinse pressure for removal of baked-on debris. This 28³⁄₄-inch-wide by 34-inch-deep by 62¹⁄₈-inch-high unit's 17¹⁄₂-inch interior chamber clearance accommodates large bowls, trays, pots, and pans to fit various applications. Its rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction sports stainless steel front and side dress panels that protect internal components while ensuring a sleek look. Staff can adjust its bullet feet for stabilization on uneven flooring.
