The San Jamar SW1218SC Saf-T-Wrap® safety wrap station can be used by kitchen staff to dispense foil or plastic wrap, and a slide cutter splits the film off its roll, enabling one-handed operation. Supporting first-in, first-out practices, a built-in dating label dispenser enables staff to put freshness labels on preserved food products to help with taking inventory.
