San Jamar RCU128V2 Description
The San Jamar RCU128V2 Rapi-Kool® Plus chilling paddle rapidly cools large portions to reduce harmful bacteria growth. Its surface area is increased by cooling fins to reach more product. When users are freezing the paddle ahead of time, the Fill-Rite™ capacity mark shows where water should be filled to prevent overflow, but ice and water can be added for immediate use.
Made of polycarbonate, the San Jamar RCU128V2 chilling paddle withstands heavy use. A gasket and threads in the cap prevent leaking, and since the handle is positioned above the cap, users will not touch the surface that comes in contact with food.
