The San Jamar CTP17 Cool Touch™ oven mitt provides protection from heat and steam. Made of a heat-resistant poly-cotton material, it protects against temperatures as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 seconds. The Kevlar® WebGuard™ material between the forefinger and thumb adds an extra layer of protection. Operators can store the mitt with the hanging loop or magnet.
