The San Jamar CTC15 Cool Touch™ oven mitt is ambidextrous to fit on left and right hands. Extra heat protection is added between the forefinger and thumb with the Kevlar® WebGuard™ material. It provides heat and steam protection at temperatures as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 seconds, while the oven mitt has a magnet and hanging loop to keep it in reach.
