To help make portioned cutting more precise and increase savings, the San Jamar CBG912BR Saf-T-Grip® X-Pediter™ cutting board includes an integrated ruler along its bottom edge. Anti-slip grips are implemented on every corner to secure it in place during use, eliminating the need for the wet towel method. It’s constructed of a durable, warp-resistant copolymer that can be placed in a commercial dishmachine for quick cleaning. After cleaning, users can hold the board by its food safety hook to help maintain a sanitary surface, and it can be hung up for streamlined storage. Overall, it measures 12 inches wide by 9 inches deep by 3⁄8 inches high, and it comes in brown for color coding.
