San Jamar CBG6938PR Description
The San Jamar CBG6938PR Saf-T-Zone™ cutting board comes in purple—a color used to indicate an allergen-free zone. Designed to work in tandem with other purple kitchen products, this board is designed to be used once, washed in a dishmachine, and sanitized to help prevent cross contamination. A food safety hook is located on one corner, enabling the user to pick it up and transport it without touching the entire board; it can also be hung for secure storage. To keep the board in place, anti-slip grips are implemented on all corners. An integrated ruler lines its bottom edge to improve portioning and cost savings. This 9-inch-wide by 6-inch-deep by 3⁄8-inch-high tool is made of a heat-resistant copolymer that won’t warp in high temperatures.
