The San Jamar CBG121812BL Saf-T-Grip® cutting board features nonslip grips on every corner of the board to help prevent sliding and injuries. Designed to incorporate features from the Carry-N-Cut® board, it is made of a copolymer that won’t warp when exposed to high-heat dishwashing. Integrated in one corner, a food safety hook enables the board to hang for drying and helps users hold it without contaminating the cutting surface with allergens. To keep portions consistent, a ruler is built into the board. Overall, this embossed tool measures 18 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 1⁄2 inches high, and it can be washed in a dishmachine.
