CookTek IHW061-24 Description
The CookTek IHW061-24 drop-in hot food well has two separate zones that can be set to different temperatures using two control panels. It accommodates gastronorm pans, standard hotel pans, and half pans to keep a variety of foods warm for different applications. To monitor these settings, the control panels have a red LED display. This unit is ideal for use in buffet lines, and with a high-impact interior surface, food can be dropped inside without damaging the well.
Four temperature settings come standard with the CookTek IHW061-24 rectangular hot food well, but the control panel can be adjusted to include several more. The panel also locks, so users can’t accidently change the settings while food is being warmed. It is a waterless unit, meaning that no drain is required for operation, and to save money, it detects pans automatically and uses minimal energy when no pan is inside the well.
