CookTek 665101 Description
The CookTek 665101 drop-in induction hot food well can be installed inside an 11 1⁄4-inch diameter cutout. The 11 1⁄10-inch housing diameter enables users to insert any compatibly sized pan to keep food like macaroni or stew warm through long service hours. This unit’s top ring is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability, and the aluminum body is dent and scratch resistant. Each receptacle comes with its own control panel.
The control panel of the CookTek 665101 drop-in induction hot food well has four standard temperature settings. A lock feature prevents unwanted setting changes, and conditions can be monitored on the red LED display. Part of the SinAqua™ series, this unit requires no water lines or drains for simple installation.
