The Turbo Air TCBE-48SDR-N chef base can support 788 pounds on its stainless steel, reinforced top. Its insulation prevents heat from being absorbed into the refrigerated cabinet, while the rest of the unit is also made of strong, durable stainless steel. To prevent a premature system failure, the condenser has a self-cleaning device that removes debris every day. In the two drawers, 30 sixth-size pans can be stored, and the Turbo Air TCBE-48SDR-N chef base has a digital temperature display.
