Turbo Air TATG-48 Description
Equipped with four U-shaped burners spaced evenly apart, the Turbo Air TATG-48 Radiance gas griddle provides even heat distribution for whatever product is cooking, and griddle temperatures are regulated by thermostatic controls, which enable the user to set the cooking range as required. The griddle's cooking surface is a 1-inch-thick polished steel plate that takes longer to heat up than a thinner plate but will retain heat more effectively. Lifted above countertops with 2-inch stainless steel legs, the unit resists overheating.
