Turbo Air TATG-48 Description
The Turbo Air TATG-48 Radiance gas griddle has four burners that are U-shaped and evenly spaced, encouraging uniform heat distribution. Using propane gas, thermostatic controls heat the griddle's surface to precise temperatures, and the polished steel griddle plate is 1 inch thick, so it won't warp or become brittle after repeated heating and cooling. Equipped with 2-inch-tall legs, the unit resists overheating, and enough clearance is provided between the griddle's bottom panel and countertops for efficient cleaning.
