Turbo Air TAR-4 Description
The Turbo Air TAR-4 four-burner gas range has individual pilots for each burner, each with a heating capacity of 32,000 BTUs. Over the burners are 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron grates, which are sturdy and dense to prevent warping and to retain heat. For durability, much of the unit is made of stainless steel and its 6-inch adjustable legs provide stability. The tall riser protects the wall and offers overhead storage space.
This Turbo Air TAR-4 Radiance restaurant range features a stainless steel oven base. Its fully adjustable thermostat ranges from 250 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The griddle is also controlled by a thermostat, which maintains the desired heat level. For quick cleaning, the oven door pulls out and the oven rack can be removed.
