Winco KFP-80 Description
The Winco KFP-80 Acero chef knife is made of fully forged, high carbon stainless steel. To reduce the risk of bends and breakage, the metal has a full tang, meaning it is continuous from the end of the handle to the tip of the blade. For reliability, the blade's edge is ice tempered and dulls slowly, while the molded black handle is shaped for comfort in a user's hand and stays in place with rivets.
