Winco KFP-60 Description
The Winco KFP-60 Acero chef knife can slice, dice, mince, and chop foods, as its versatile blade is 6 inches long. For strength, it is made of sturdy stainless steel with carbon added. To prevent bending, the high carbon stainless steel goes from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle, and rivets securely hold the handle in place. Because the handle is fade-resistant POM plastic, it is more durable than other synthetic materials such as polypropylene and ABS plastic.
