Winco ESVC-28D Description
From the Spectrum™ series, the Winco ESVC-28D sous vide cooker features a 7 2⁄5-gallon capacity and a stainless steel construction. The unit is fitted with a built-in faucet and drainage system for easy setup and teardown. Additionally, the cooker includes a tray with eight slots for vacuumed sealed portions. Along the side of the unit is a wire clip that holds the lid to help prevent burns and spills.
