Winco ESH-48 Description
The Winco ESH-48 strip heater can be implemented above a counter for a consistent source of top heat. This 48-inch-wide by 6-inch-deep by 2 9⁄16-inch-tall unit includes an undermount bracket set with screws and hanging chains, simplifying installation above a buffet line or pass-thru station. To blend in with cafeteria and restaurant decors, it sports a one-piece extruded aluminum body that resists corrosion and can be wiped clean.
The Winco ESH-48 electric strip heater's toggle on/off switch eases operation to flatten the learning curve. Once on, its full-view indicator light illuminates to notify employees the unit is in use. To keep food pans, to-go orders, or boxed or wrapped meals warm for serving, its tubular sheath heating element generates radiant heat, while the prefocused aluminum heat reflectors can prolong holding times.
