Ideal for buffet lines, cafeterias, and pass-thru stations, the Winco ESH-36 strip heater includes an undermount bracket set with screws and hanging chains that enable installation above a countertop. This 36-inch-wide by 6-inch-deep by 2 9⁄16-inch-tall unit is made of one piece of durable, corrosion-resistant extruded aluminum that's simple to clean for a sleek look throughout use.
By producing reliable infrared heat, the Winco ESH-36 electric strip heater's tubular heating element ensures prepared foods are warm for serving, while aluminum heat reflectors positioned in a prefocused heat pattern can extend products' holding times. For simple operation, this unit features an on/off toggle switch. When in use, the unit's indicator light glows, producing a 180-degree full view so staff can quickly determine the power status.
