Winco ESG-1 Description
For sturdiness, the Winco ESG-1 commercial panini press is constructed of stainless steel and has a flat cast iron grill surface. The plates heat up slowly and evenly, while its hinged, balanced top plate automatically adjusts to different food thicknesses. To ease cleanup, the base has a removable crumb and grease tray. This unit's power and ready lights indicate when it is powered on and ready to grill, removing guesswork for operators. Using the thermostat, operators can adjust the temperature, which can reach 600 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate various food products.
