Adcraft SG-811E/F Description
The Adcraft SG-811E/F single commercial panini press has an oil tray that captures sediment and debris to streamline cleaning. This unit fits on a countertop and measures 17 inches wide by 14.5 inches deep by 7.5 inches high overall. Its temperature can be adjusted between 120 and 570 degrees Fahrenheit using adjustable thermostatic controls. Making it simple to remove messes from the plates, this unit includes a cleaning brush.
Because the plates on the Adcraft SG-811E/F panini press are smooth, they're best suited for cooking tortilla shells, french toast, and other foods that normally wouldn't be cooked on a grill.
