With a 60-inch length and 20-inch width, the Winco ASDR-2060 stationary dunnage rack can hold 1,200 pounds of bulk ingredients, and because the storage surface is 8 inches off the ground, stored items are protected against contamination. While the durable aluminum rack is more affordable than polymer, it is more difficult to clean.
