With its 2 1⁄2-liter capacity, the Winco APSK-725 commercial airpot can be used for coffee, tea, or hot water. It works well in hotels, diners, and cafeterias and has a stainless steel interior and exterior. Insulation in the vessel keeps heat inside, ensuring coffee stays warm for hours. The top has a dispensing lever, which is easier to use than push button alternatives.
