Because the BK Resources BKS-3-1014-10-12T compartment sink has three sections, it can be used as a dishwashing station for items that cannot be cleaned in a dishwasher. Employees can place dirty dishes on one side and move them across the unit as they are washed, rinsed, sanitized, and set out to dry. Each section comes with a basket drain to prevent pipe blockage and is constructed of 304 series stainless steel, a type of metal that is very strong and resistant to rust. Although they are not made of stainless steel, the unit's legs and feet are also corrosion resistant, protecting them from mop splashes or chemical cleaner spills.
To minimize messes, this Splash CS-3-10-14-10-DB12 three-compartment sink has a rolled edge that keeps water from falling onto the floor. Its backsplash shields equipment and walls from splatter, preventing water damage and potential corrosion. To prepare it for a faucet, the unit's splash is pre-punched with 8-inch on-center holes.
