This is just one reason why this model is designed to fit virtually any restaurant application. The Duke convection oven is propane powered, has a double deck and features 50/50 stainless steel independent doors with two windows. This oven comes with a porcelain interior to ensure even cooking and a 60 minute dial timer with buzzer included for your convenience in cooking.
