Duke 613Q-E4V Description
Ideal for heavy use in high-volume kitchens, the Duke 613Q-E4V double-deck convection oven features an exterior made primarily of durable stainless steel. Each of its two compartments includes six adjustable racks and is fitted with interior lighting to provide clear visibility into the cabinet. Using a reliable snap-action thermostat, this unit’s temperature can be adjusted between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
The interiors of the Duke 613Q-E4V electric convection oven are lined with porcelain, creating a nonstick surface that won’t harbor buildup and can be quickly wiped clean. Each of its doors opens independently and features a double-pane glass window to retain heat and offer a look into the oven. This unit is positioned on 8-inch, adjustable legs that are also made of resilient stainless steel.
