Duke 613-E3XX Description
The Duke 613-E3XX electric convection oven has a cook-and-hold feature that keeps food warm after it is done. This ensures product is fresh when it’s served to customers. Operators can use the 12-hour timer to program how long food should cook and can view the cabinet through a single window. Bright interior lights in the cabinet further facilitate monitoring.
The Duke 613-E3XX single full-size convection oven is a versatile unit due to its large temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Further increasing versatility, the six racks inside the cabinet can be repositioned in 13 different ways to hold product. The doors open dependently and are made of stainless steel to provide lasting durability. Its interior is porcelain to streamline cleaning at the end of the night.
