Duke 613-E3XX Description
Because of its depth, the Duke 613-E3XX full-size convection oven can hold food pans on its six racks, which can be adjusted into 13 positons. Food can cooked between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, a setting which users can adjust with solid-state controls. A 12-hour timer counts down for consistent results each time. To provide uniform airflow, the cabinet has a two-speed fan and a pulse fan.
The Duke 613-E3XX single convection oven is fully insulated to prevent unwanted temperature changes. Its doors are dependent, meaning one can’t open without the other. This facilitates cabinet access because employees only have to use one hand to open the doors when their other hand is full. A window in the door helps operators monitor food while it cooks for accuracy.
