T&S 001602-45 Description
The T&S 001602-45 nylon bushing enables the pedal valve to move freely and is intended for use on T&S brand pedal valve sink faucet assemblies. In a pedal valve sink setup, the user can operate the sink with a foot, reducing the spread of bacteria and freeing both hands for other tasks. Replacing the bushing can enable the user to protect and repair costlier metal components of the sink valve.
Inside the valve, this T&S 001602-45 nylon bushing provides a cushion against friction from moving parts and doesn't require any lubrication. This prevents wear on the moving, metal components of the pedal valve. The bushing operates quietly, wears slowly, and resists scratching.
