The Star 824TSCHSA Ultra-Max® griddle has a 1-inch-thick plate. Its chrome construction is nonporous, so it will not absorb flavors and transfer them to other products. Operating at temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, the snap-action thermostats are embedded every 12 inches for precise control. To reduce the amount of splatter on the counter, grease is caught by the side and rear splash guards on this Star 824TSCHSA Ultra-Max griddle.
