Star 624TF Description
The Star 624TF Star-Max® griddle has two U-shaped burners that are spaced every 12 inches for even heat distribution. It operates at temperatures from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and with an embedded thermostat, it responses quickly to temperature changes. The polished steel plate measures 1 inch thick, resisting wear and tear as it repeatedly heats up and cools down. There is a bull-nose front on this Star 624TF Star-Max griddle to keep the operator separated from the heat. Grease splatter and crumbs are kept on the cooktop with tapered side splashes.
